Peruvian decaf in two roast expressions
Tomorrow's Coffee Peru Decaf offers medium and dark roast choices. The current supplier presents the corresponding coffee as Wind Down Cup and identifies Mountain Water decaffeination. Medium roast is described as nutty, smooth and bright, while dark roast carries brown-sugar and almond directions.
Peru is the documented country. A region, farm, producer, cultivar, elevation, original post-harvest process and Mountain Water facility are not provided. Decaffeination occurs separately from origin processing, so Mountain Water does not establish whether the coffee was washed, natural or honey processed before caffeine removal.
The supplier identifies USDA Organic and Smithsonian Bird Friendly certifications. Whole-bean and Ground formats are offered in 12-ounce and one-pound bags. Decaf can retain a small amount of caffeine, and no tested milligram value per serving is supplied.

Choose the roast before changing the recipe
For the medium roast, begin with 20 grams of coffee and 320 grams of filtered water around 198–202°F. Use a medium grind. For the dark roast, keep the same 1:16 ratio but consider slightly cooler water if the finish is harsh. Compare the roasts at equal strength before deciding which profile you prefer.
If the cup is thin or sour, grind finer. If it becomes drying or bitter, move coarser. Hold dose and water constant during the first adjustment. Nutty, brown-sugar and almond language describes sensory direction and is not a complete ingredient or allergen statement.
For French press, use 30 grams to 500 grams with a medium-coarse grind, steep four minutes and decant. Paper filtration can provide more clarity, while a press retains more texture. Judge extraction after the cup cools enough for sweetness and finish to become clear.
Whole-bean buyers can use the Turin DF54 grinder for controlled adjustments. Prepared Ground coffee is convenient but cannot be guaranteed for every filter brewer or espresso basket.
Storage and decaf comparisons
Choose 12 ounces for a first roast test or one pound for steady decaf use. Keep the bag sealed away from heat, moisture and sunlight. Ground coffee loses aroma faster, while whole beans may need small grind changes as degassing alters flow.
The Wind Down Cup name on the supplier's current page does not change the selections on this Espresso Outlet record. Confirm roast, size and grind at checkout. Do not use the marketing name to infer sleep or health effects.
Compare Mountain Water decaffeination with Bendix Colombian EA Decaf brewed at the same ratio. That comparison keeps decaf method and origin visible without claiming that either alone determines taste. The Specialty Coffee collection includes additional regular and decaffeinated coffees.

Ordering and shipping
Coffee ships directly from the roaster partner. Roasted and green coffee do not qualify for free shipping; shipping charges are set by the partner. Coffee orders are not eligible for returns or cancellations, so confirm the bag size and grind before ordering.
Because variants can differ by roast, grind and size, review the exact selection shown in the cart before checkout. When the shipment arrives, retain the roaster label and note the chosen variant with your first brew or roast record for future reference. That detail makes later recipe adjustments and reordering more reliable than relying on the product name alone.
