Best price around and not so sure the box had been opened. Had a few operational questions after setting it up and really good response from Espresso Outlet. After a few weeks very pleased with the purchase.
Incredible machine, delivery, shipping time, etc. There was a crack in the top of the water reservoir, along with some minor scuffing and scratches on the metal pieces (tray, top). Not what I’m used to with open boxes, but worth it overall.
Fantastic grinder. Fast, quiet, high-quality build, low/no retention, easy to use settings & workflow. Lived up to all of my research and due diligence.
