Just recieved my grinder today in the middle of no where Alaska. I have been using a Fiorenzato F4 for the last 10 years. I unboxed the grinder and immediatly pulled out a red dry erase marker. I tested for alignment. The burrs were near perfect alignment. I had 2 pounds of older coffee being saved for intial seasoning/break in. Started at a course grind and worked my way up to an espresso grind. I almost immediatly saw a huge differnece in the grind quality.
Pulled a shot and it was a bit off. Adjusted the grinder and pulled a second shot and made a cappuccino. It was very good. Another slight adjustment in bean weight and and grind. . Amazing cappuccino.
Probably the easiest grinder I have ever dialed in.
This is a GREAT roaster. Started out doing some "production" roasting at 2lb each for about 10 back to back roasts and this thing is a BEAST!! Ran perfectly and gave consistent roasts each and every time!! Connected to the HiBean app on my Samsung tablet perfectly (will be checking out Artisan as well later). Highly recommend and Barrett at E.O. has been great with support and questions.
I was skeptical at first, considering they make grinders but upon receiving the machine and using it daily, it is truly a rock solid machine and right on the money!
My previous machine was a Rancilio Silvia and a Rancilio Rocky grinder. This Turin definitely holds up to the same reliability. Very happy with the purchase!
Espresso outlet was amazing. My oder shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I had a few questions and got answers in a very timely matter. The M6 roaster seems like an amazing roaster. I'm still learning but it seems to have plenty of power. I'm doing ten minutes roasts with ease. A big step up from my behmore. I'm looking forward to getting some great roast from this. Extremely happy with my purchase.
Great scale! Much cheaper than açaí. Even tho if it’s cheaper it still has a great size and responsiveness.
