Thank you for purchasing a Turin SD40S from Espresso Outlet. Below are several commonly asked questions we receive when people are getting started with this or similar grinders. We have also included popular getting started videos to help you start making the best coffee you have ever had!

PLEASE KEEP all original product packaging for a minimum of 30 days.  We do not receive many defective units, but cannot return a grinder without the original packaging.

ALWAYS adjust grind size with the grinder on and burrs spinning.
