Great featured machine, which allows the coffee nerd within me experiment to find the perfect shot. I was suprised to find that it also can approximate a poured over brew with the proper curve profile. The app for the machine is also well done. The community contacts found there allow me to draw on others expertise.
Ordered the Turin Legato V2 espresso machine. Shipped out right away and arrived quickly, and so far we are loving it. The videos on the website about setting it up and dialing it in were super helpful. Hopefully will be ordering a grinder from them next
