The TURIN MC3 is a new addition to the Turin espresso machine lineup, offering exceptional value for its class.
It features a full-color smart touchscreen, a 2.5 L dedicated steam boiler, a PTC-heated brew group with active temperature retention (thermoblock), and PID temperature control paired with a flow meter. Brew temperature, extraction flow, pre-infusion flow, and pre-infusion time can all be adjusted independently, giving users precise control over every shot. The steam boiler can also be turned on or off separately.
With its clean, intuitive interface, powerful functionality, and durable build quality, the Turin MC3 is an ideal semi-automatic espresso machine for enthusiasts seeking professional-level control in a simple and approachable design.
Product Description:
The Turin MC3 features a full metal construction. The drip tray, water tank cover, and cup-warming area are made from 304 stainless steel, while the side and rear panels use galvanized steel, and the drip tray and cup-warming plate are crafted from aluminum alloy. Its overall design is clean and refined, with a circular integrated display that blends seamlessly into the machine, delivering professional performance while serving as an elegant accent for any kitchen or coffee setup.
At the core of the machine are a vibration pump and a flow meter. The Italian ULKA vibration pump provides stable pressure for espresso extraction, while the flow meter allows users to precisely set pre-infusion flow as well as single- and double-shot output volumes. Direct plumbing is supported as standard, and users can easily switch between the 1.5 L water tank and a direct water connection via a manual valve.
A PTC-heated pure copper brew group maintains continuous thermal stability. Combined with a PID + NTC temperature control system and a heated block that warms the brewing water, the MC3 ensures stable water temperature throughout extraction. The adjustable pre-infusion function promotes fuller and more even extraction. Manual brewing includes a shot timer for precise control, ensuring each cup matches personal preferences. Single and double shot settings can be independently programmed for pre-infusion time, pre-infusion flow, and extraction flow, helping users efficiently achieve accurate target yields.
The independent brewing and steam systems allow brewing and steaming simultaneously without waiting. A three-hole steam tip produces smooth, fine microfoam for lattes, cappuccinos, and other milk-based drinks. For energy-conscious users or espresso-only use, the 2.5 L steam boiler can be switched off independently while keeping the brewing system active.
The Turin MC3 is equipped with an easy-to-use full-color touchscreen display, allowing users to adjust pre-infusion time and flow, boiler temperature, activate brew group backflushing, and set a standby timer. A cool-touch steam wand with a rubber anti-slip grip helps prevent burns, while the built-in hot water outlet expands versatility for preparing tea, Americanos, or hot chocolate.
The brew lever, portafilter handle, and included tamper feature black walnut wood handles, adding a premium look and feel. The lever-style control offers improved ergonomics. The 58 mm portafilter includes both single and double baskets for flexible dosing, and the included wooden-handle tamper ensures you have everything needed to prepare espresso with confidence.
With additional features such as a brew pressure gauge and a cup-warming tray, the Turin MC3 provides everything required for a professional-level espresso experience at home.

Built like a tank. Looks to have been built by the Soviet space program to withstand a missile. I've had it for a week and the steaming performance really stands out. For pure espresso, I find it a little finicky, but slowly dialing it in.

MC3 is treating me very well!
So far good!I've had the MC3 just under a month and it's been a joy to use! Very easy to figure out! Im very familiar with Espresso machines and even those who are not should be to figure out pretty easily. It's made great espresso and the steam power is great! I love the hole tip that comes stock on the steam wand. I love the fact the grouphead has internal heaters so you can be assured temps are more stable!
Great roaster, it helped me step up my batch incredibly. Still fast, able to pump out 1lb easily. Learning curve as to be expected but I would suggest this brand to others.
Worked great, fixed my problem and they shipped it out quickly at no cost. Much appreciated when a company doesn't leave their customers hanging. Much appreciated!
I love the DF64. Vast improvement over my burr grinder. Almost 0 retention. Some reviews noted it is loud. Perhaps, but I find it less annoying than my burr grinder. It is also much faster. I would recommend to others thinking about a disk grinder.
This machine is built well, performs its function with ease and the static problem is a bit overstated in reviews it's really not that significant for me with light beans.
So far, I very much like the grinder. It is solidly built, quiet and grinds much more evenly than the conical grinder I was used to. As a company, you could communicate a bit more often about the status of the order.
Great roaster, still getting the hang of it. Bew into roaster but was able to make some good coffee. Really excited on continuing to learn how to use it more!

I am pretty pleased with this grinder with how quiet it is, how quickly it grinds, and how fluffy the grinds come out. Build quality is great, and the grind size adjustment is smooth. Disassembly and cleaning is also easy. A couple of minor issues I have is that the plasma generator doesn't appear to be super effective as there still some fines clinging to shoot of the grinder, but perhaps it's because the grinder hasn't been fully seasoned yet. Not sure. Also the fitment of the metal cap into the bellows isn't great. The cap will always eventually pop out which becomes annoying having to continuously pop the cap back into the bellows.
I am in love with this grinder. I ordered it because my 15-year-old MACAP I thought was broken, but I fixed it easily, so didn’t need the Eureka Mignon Libra. But the design, size, reduced noise level, and the weighing function have allowed me to dial in so precisely, and with so little effort, that I kept the Eureka. It was time for a change.

Gallatin R
I purchased a Turin R Gallatin, and from the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Unfortunately, UPS damaged my machine during shipping. I want to be very clear that this was not Espresso Outlet’s fault in any way. Shipping damage can happen, and what truly matters is how a company responds when it does.
Joe and Barrett went far beyond anything I expected. Instead of making me jump through hoops or wait around, they immediately took ownership of helping me. Joe personally drove my replacement machine to the UPS terminal in less than 24 hours to get it moving as quickly as possible, and Espresso Outlet even paid to expedite the shipment at their own expense. That level of customer service is almost unheard of today.
As for the Turin R Gallatin, I couldn’t be happier. The build quality is exceptional, and it feels like a machine that belongs in a commercial café while still fitting beautifully into a home coffee bar. The rotary pump is whisper quiet, the E61 group head provides excellent temperature stability, the PID temperature control gives precise brewing control, and the flow control opens the door to experimenting with different coffees and extraction styles. The machine consistently produces rich, syrupy shots with beautiful caramel-colored crema and outstanding flavor. It truly punches way above its price point and delivers features and performance that you’d expect from machines costing considerably more.
If you’re looking for a company that stands behind what they sell, responds when things don’t go as planned, and genuinely cares about their customers, buy from Espresso Outlet with confidence. The Turin R Gallatin is an outstanding machine, and Espresso Outlet has earned my business for years to come.
Thank you, Joe, Barrett, and the entire Espresso Outlet team. You’ve earned a customer for life

Great unit! The Gallatine DB is solid
Great unit! The Gallatine DB is solid. Very heavy duty, the housing is well constructed with thick metal and a very high quality finish. Everyone that sees it is amazed. Makes awesome espresso, but needs a very fine grind and some serious tamping. I have my old Rocky Grinder set at 1 and I'm finally getting good results. I've been happily using my Rancillo Silvia for the last 20 years, but so super excited to move up to a double boiler. Will never go back. Well worth the extra cost for the double boiler. The machine is an excellent value.

A Grinder worth the money
Super fast shipping. Absolutely no static with this grinder while doing fine grind espresso shots. Does very well with coarse grinds as well with no mess. Retention is crazy good, out of 30 grinds so far what I have put in is exactly what I have got back. Do not hesitate on this one. Now I need the C83 for testing!

Nothing out there now with big 83 conicals and a solid build like this for home
Nothing out there now with big 83 conicals and a solid build like this for home. Heat low and fast grind at 280 RPM. Aesthetically pleasing. Grateful espresso outlet brought it to market. Just what I needed! Thanks so much.
