At the heart of the machine is an Italian Fluid-O-Tech made rotary pump, which provides consistent pressure for brewing espresso. A manual valve allows users to easily switch between using the 1.7-liter water tank or connecting the machine directly to a water source.  Ensure you are using quality softened water.

The E61 thermosiphon-heated grouphead ensures that water temperature remains stable throughout the brewing process, while the programable and adjustable preinfusion feature allows for a fuller, more even extraction. The semi-automatic brew lever provides precise control over the brewing process, ensuring each shot is pulled to your exact preferences.  As if that is not enough, the manual flow control paddle on the grouphead allows you to manually control the extraction throughout the shot.

For those looking to conserve energy, the economy mode reduces energy consumption without compromising performance. The machine’s two independent boilers allows you to brew and steam simultaneously, eliminating the wait time between tasks. The 3-hole steam tip offers great milk texturing, making it easy to create velvety microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos.

The Turin Gallatin DB (G3135H) features an easy-to-use digital display screen, where you can adjust preinfusion time, boiler temperatures, and set the standby or eco mode timer. The display also functions as a shot timer ensures precise brewing, giving you full control over extraction time.
