Works great! Been very happy with it. Seems very solidly built and hopefully will last me for many years.
Pros: Flow control lever is something I didn't expect to use as much as I do. Great feature. Very quiet compared to vibe pump machines. PID control is great, I love being able to see the pressure at the group head and the pump level too. Seems well built. Dual boiler and rotary pump at this price point is impossible to find outside of this machine. This feels like a machine with no functional compromises for its price point, where many other machines either use vibe pumps, are single boilers, have a tiny drip tray, no direct plumb, etc.
Cons: A bit nitpicky, but this thing is heavy. Put it somewhere you don't need to move it. Have two people if possible to lift it up onto the counter. I make a mess making coffee, I have thick hands. I can't quite fit my hands under the machine to clean the counter. I'll probably look into getting something I can set this on to just keep the work space a little cleaner.
General: Like others, I recommend a smart plug so you can have it warmed up in the morning. I do not direct plumb mine, so no context on those features, but drip tray + tank is good size and I don't have a ton of waste water happening, so it hasn't bothered me so far.

from 1099 reviewsSo far I’m loving the new unit I purchased. The Data S has been the perfect upgrade for me. It’s a solid build, very quiet, heats up fast, what more could you want? I’ve been making multiple drinks daily, happy about pulling the trigger. Looking forward to the Milo grinder coming soon. Thanks to Barrett for the back and forth email suggestions.
Been a bit of a learning curve, but it's going well. Waiting on some better beans in hopes that makes it even better!
Works like a charm! It is a bit complicated to install, but very solid!
Looking forward to my new adventure in roasting. Thank you for the quick shipping
I couldn’t resist. I bought an SK 40 conical burr to compare to the DF 54. I have more expensive grinders that are better but both great grinders for the price but I’d say the DF54 if I only had one. Service was great.
New to home espresso making, not able to get proper bars of pressure using our Cuisinaet grinder, so we found the Turin SK40. The price was right at Espresso Outlet. The grinder is quiet compared toto our old one. Easy to adjust via the stepless dial and the weight of the beans you put in is equivalent to the ground coffee that comes out. It has a solid body, weighty enough not to jump around on the counter. The magnetic platform is strong so it keeps the steel collection cup in place. The cup fits into the 58mm portafilter. Satisfied with my purchase for a grinder under $200.
The Eureka Atom W75 is an outstanding espresso grinder that delivers consistent, precise, weight-based dosing with very quiet operation. The grind quality is excellent, and dialing in shots is quick and easy, making it a great upgrade for any serious home setup.
On top of that, Espresso Outlet provided fantastic service—responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from order to delivery. Great product and an equally great buying experience.
My Breville Bambino Plus arrived on time and in perfect condition. I set it up and now just learning how to make the perfect cup.
So far so good! Espresso Outlet was very responsive to questions and shipped quickly. The grinder was very easy to dial in and has been very consistent with a solid taste profile. Happy with the purchase.
Nice design ! Good quality. Best price !
Great customer service and the M2 is awesome!
It was worth the wait! Grind is on point. Plenty of power. Customer service was heloful!
Great coffee. Great customer service.
Works great! Been very happy with it. Seems very solidly built and hopefully will last me for many years.
I don't think you could possibly find a single dose stepless espresso grinder built as well as this one for this price. It's heavy! Relatively quiet with little retention thanks to the bellows. I use a 54 mm portafilter, so I bought a dosing cup that size to make it easier. Happens to fit right inside the provided 58 mm, so perfect for grinding, then I just lift it out and pop it onto my portafilter.
It took me a long time to find a stepless grinder of this quality, thanks to the Espresso Outlet's YouTube video. Until I found it, I was almost going to spend a ridiculous amount of money on the niche zero. Thank goodness I didn't because this grinder is just as good for so much less.
Great service and quick shipping.
