I purchased the Turin Legato V2 two weeks ago and I have been blown away! As compared to my previous machine, Breville Barista Express, it is night and day! So much more control and precision. I knew the coffee would taste great and that the shots would be easy to dial in, but an unexpected surprise was how powerful the steam wand is. Even though it's a single boiler machine, there is virtually no wait time between pulling a shot and using the steam wand. Super simple. The design is also a huge plus. It just looks great on the counter with a nice space for warming cups on top. Big fan and so happy with the purchase!
Great little coffee scale. Everything works perfect. Order delivery was very quick as well.
Works amazing. Make the best coffee with the beans grinded from the budget friendly (relative to the competition) and really can’t complain
Maybe it’s luck, but this grinder dialed in on my first shot. I bought this as a secondary grinder to my Mignon Zero 55. I decided to use this grinder as my decaf grinder. I set the grinder at 1.5 and it pulled so well I don’t even need to adjust. I do a 1:2.5 ratio on my decaf in 30 seconds and that’s what I got with this grinder. Very little retention near zero on first shot. Build is solid and the only thing that’s an adjustment for me is the small hole to pour the coffee into for the single does compared to the Mignon zero.
This is my first espresso capable grinder. Works great for my purposes. It’s combined with a Gaggia Classic Pro E24
Very happy with the grinder and the service from Espresso Outlet. I am new to this, and they have been great at answering my questions, often within a couple hours. Thanks!!
When I started my espresso journey, I had an all in one Breville. Hated the grinder. Eventually I bought a DF54 from Espresso Outlet and absolutely loved that machine. I can't recommend it highly enough. I can't help it, I love to tweak my setup and upgrade when I can. I recently upgraded to the DF64, and man, what a machine. I love it! Eventually, I'll probably start playing with burr sets, but I am so thrilled with this grinder! It's fast, relatively quiet (relatively folks, it's a grinder), and just so consistent. It's easy to clean, has virtually no retention and looks great on my counter. I absolutely would recommend this machine to anyone!
This is a great grinder, easy to use and works great
Amazing prosumer e61 machine with all the critical features you need to make the best espresso
Amazing grinder at an amazingprice. The build quality is fantastic, it's quiet, and makes a perfectly grind without clumps. It was easy to dial in and has zero retention. I'm very happy with it!
This is my first espresso machine, and I couldn't be happier. Before purchasing, I watched many videos about the machine, in addition to my friend recommending it. It's very easy to use; the only thing you have to work on is figuring out how fine your grinder needs to be to extract the best from your coffee beans. If this is your first espresso machine for a budget under 500 bucks, go for it! Espresso Outlet was my choice because the machine's warranty goes through them if needed.
The Gallatin R HX is quite the machine, especially considering the quality, features, and performance vs. its price. This thing definitely punches up, knocking out high-priced machines in its class or higher.
The PID ensures more precise temperature control (no major fluctuations), and the rotary pump is much quieter than I was expecting. The shot timer is, of course, an added bonus (since you don't need to mess with a timer on a scale), but you do need to account for any pre-infusion time in the overall shot time it seems, which is fine as long as you are aware of that.
Heat-up time is definitely less than 30 minutes, maybe more like 15-20 minutes or possibly even less at times. I have mine connected to a smart outlet and a SwitchBot to automate the start-up process in the morning; there is an Eco mode that basically puts the machine into a low-power state if you are so inclined.
The machine is just impressive to look at also. The walnut accents are classy, and they feel smooth and classy, too. The steam/hot water joysticks can be used in any direction, and you can either give gentle pressure on the stick, or toggle it completely to hold the position open. The steam wand works very well; milk frothing is as expected, and you can brew & steam at the same time if needed.
I have not yet started to experiment with the flow-control valve, but it, too, has a lovely walnut handle. With the handle turned all the way to the right, you are at full flow, and then from there it decreases the flow as you turn to the left. I will need to explore this function more as time allows!
Overall, this is a wonderful, beautiful machine, especially at this price-point, and I don't think anyone would be disappointed with all of these features and the build-quality for its price. Well done, Turin & EO!
I loved great experience for beginners like me.
Love my Turin Legato v2 and Espresso Outlet has the absolute best people working there. Great customer service also.

Our machine arrived in a timely manner and was in excellent condition. The machine itself is great for the price point. Very hands on. We look forward to the many espressos in our future!
This machine is incredible. It has it all. The aesthetics, performance, quality parts, and ability to create/share custom profiles. I upgraded from a rocket Giotto and wasnt expecting much of a difference in terms of espresso quality but my first shot from the data s blew me away. The app is pretty easy to use and haven’t run into any issues. Overall I highly recommend this machine, you will not be disappointed.

For the price, good consistency of grind. Tends to make a bit of a mess and clump. I wish EspressoOutlet would allow returns on Open Box, even though I didn't need it
