The shoot is very susceptible to getting stopped up out of the box. It gets a bit better after taking out the declumper and bending it as the "decluper hack" video on this website says to do.
It can't seem to handle oilier beans at the grind sizes necessary for espresso without blockage in the output shoot, but seems to do better with fresh lighter roasts.
