This page provides updates on preorder items from Turin Grinders, Espresso Outlet, Wendougee, and Kaleido Roasters.
Thank you for placing a preorder with us. Products that are on preorder are clearly marked on their individual product pages in red; this notice was visible at the time your order was placed. We update these notices whenever new information becomes available.
Estimated preorder ship dates represent our best estimate at the time of ordering or at the time of the most recent update. Because these products ship via international freight, exact arrival dates can be difficult to predict due to factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance and port delays. All dates provided should be considered earliest possible estimates, as delays can and do occur.
As a thank-you for your patience, preorder products are typically discounted so you receive savings in exchange for the wait.

DF64 / DF54 Preorder Shipping Update
Our original estimate was early July. We have received an updated timeline, and the grinders are now expected to arrive at our warehouse around July 24.
Once they arrive, orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were placed. Tracking will be emailed automatically as soon as your order ships.
At this time, we do not have individual preorder updates beyond this timeline. Submitting a ticket for a shipping update will not provide a different answer or speed up shipment.

Should I Expect Preorder Updates?
We give our best estimate in red text at the time of your order. If there are no updates to this, there is no update to the status of your order. If we have updates we’ll update the timing estimate on the product page and on this page. If you contact us we’ll direct you to the red text on the product page or on this page.
Why Should You Preorder?
Some products are in very high demand and preordering is the best way to make sure you get one. We usually discount products that are on preorder status so you can save money since you have to wait longer to get it than in stock products.
When are preorders charged?
Orders are charged at time or order.
Can I cancel a preorder?
If you wish to cancel a preorder you may do so by submitting a cancellation ticket here.
I Didn’t Realize This Was a Preorder Product When I Ordered It
Sometimes customers are in a hurry when they order and miss the preorder message on the page. We make it a large red font, but we understand if it is missed. If you do not wish to keep the order as a preorder, simply request an order cancelation. Keep in mind that in stock price is higher than preorder price.
