My Turin Tune-up

I had an all stock DF64 Gen 1 from June 2020. It started getting inconsistent and I thought it needed new burrs. Joe suggested it probably just needed a spring set. That's when I realized I was actually looking for an excuse to get new burrs anyway. As a homeroaster I'm a fan of clarity. Joe suggested the SSP MP's. Installed new spring set and MP burrs. Wow! What a difference. It's like a whole new grinder and I'm getting significantly more flavor separations with all the different SO's O roast. I'm absolutely thrilled with Espresso Outlets help and top notch products!

An excellent upgrade!

I upgraded to an M6 from a $100 Cafemasy roaster. There’s a whole new learning curve and so much attention to detail with the Kaleido. My only complaint is there aren’t enough instructive videos on using the Kaleido tablet versus the Artisan software. I know now it’s very similar but very intimidating at first use. Otherwise, I love this purchase. It’s a very well built machine and Espresso Outlet does an excellent job of packaging.

Exactly what we needed!

Was using a 64mm grinder, this is 4x faster grind and accurate. grinds 18g in 2.25 seconds, that's better than nearly 10 seconds with previous grinder. Watch all available videos. Important to not the safety slip ring on the drive shaft, ours needed to be reset, simple video and back in action. Cleaning daily is super important to keep burrs from gumming up.

Love the machine. It really improved my latte art. I wish it comes with a milk pitcher.
