Picked from the best Central and South American coffees of the current harvest and combined for a balance of acidity, body, and sweetness. This blend is currently made up of washed process Guatemalan and Nicaraguan coffees.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
