Eureka Mignon Libra 65 AP Grinder with Grind by Weight (Black)
65 mm flat burrs
Grind by weight
Precision grinders for your daily coffee ritual.
Shop Eureka coffee and espresso grinders for quiet home use, single dosing, timed dosing and grind-by-weight workflows. The current collection includes the compact Mignon Zero, Silenzio and Specialita, Libra 55 and Libra 65 AP weight-based models, plus the larger Atom 75 and Atom W 75.
Choose by dosing workflow first, then burr size, speed, footprint and controls. Compare single-dose grinders, timed-dosing grinders, grind-by-weight grinders and all home grinders. Open-box Eureka listings are also included when available.
Eureka models can look similar, but the Zero, Silenzio, Specialita, Libra and Atom families solve different workflow problems.
The Eureka Mignon Zero 55 is designed around single dosing rather than storing beans for timed output. It suits users who weigh each dose, change coffee frequently or want to keep beans in sealed storage.
Compare its bellows and low-retention workflow with other single-dose grinders. No grinder is literally retention-free; use a consistent loading and clearing method and evaluate exchange over several doses.
The Mignon Silenzio 50 is a compact hopper grinder with a simpler timer-oriented workflow. It fits home users who want quieter operation and repeat drinks from one coffee without needing a touchscreen.
Because the timer meters seconds rather than grams, verify output after changing grind size, coffee or hopper level. Use a scale during setup.
The Mignon Specialita 55 adds programmable timed dosing and a display in a compact format. It is a common fit for home espresso drinkers making repeated shots from one hopper.
Choose Specialita over Silenzio when programmable controls and the 55mm platform matter. Choose Zero when bean switching and measured single doses matter more than hopper convenience.
The Mignon Libra 55 uses integrated grind-by-weight dosing to target output mass. The Libra 65 AP moves to a larger 65mm platform and different performance level.
Weight-based dosing can reduce timer correction, but portafilter fit, scale cleanliness and calibration are essential. Select 65 AP for its specific burr and throughput advantages, not merely the larger number.
The Eureka Atom 75 combines a larger 75mm burr platform with timed on-demand grinding. The Atom W 75 adds weight-based dosing. Both occupy more counter space than Mignon models and suit higher-performance home or prosumer workflows.
Choose Atom 75 when timed control is sufficient. Choose Atom W 75 when integrated output weighing materially improves your routine. Confirm hopper height and portafilter compatibility.
Eureka’s stepless adjustment supports fine espresso changes. Make small movements and allow grounds in the chamber to exchange before evaluating a shot. The printed dial number is a reference, not a universal setting.
When moving much finer with beans in the burrs, follow the manual and run the motor if instructed. Never force a stuck mechanism or allow burr contact.
Single dose favors bean changes and measured input. Timed dosing favors speed and mechanical simplicity. Grind by weight favors repeated direct-to-portafilter output with less timer correction. None is universally best.
A home using one espresso blend may prefer Specialita, Silenzio, Libra or Atom. A home rotating beans may prefer Mignon Zero.
Open-box and sale listings may include Specialita, Libra and Atom models. Condition, included accessories and cosmetic marks vary, so read the exact listing rather than assuming it matches a new sealed unit.
Open-box products can be a strong value when the warranty and condition fit your expectations. Availability is limited and changes as individual units sell.
Unplug before hopper or burr access. Brush loose coffee from the chute and chamber and keep water away from burrs and electronics. Weight-based models also need clean, unobstructed fork and scale components.
After cleaning or changing coffee, verify grind setting and dose programming. A scale helps confirm both timed and weight-based output.
The Mignon Zero is the dedicated single-dose option in the current lineup.
Choose Specialita for programmable display controls and 55mm burrs; choose Silenzio for a simpler timed workflow.
They use different burr sizes and performance platforms. Compare throughput, footprint and current specifications.
Atom 75 uses timed dosing; Atom W 75 adds integrated weight-based dosing.
Many emphasize sound reduction, but perceived noise varies by model, grind setting and room.
The espresso models here use fine stepless adjustment; confirm the exact product specification.
Yes, for programming and periodically verifying dose output.
It weighs grinder output, but a separate scale remains useful for espresso yield and calibration checks.
Condition varies by listing. Read the specific product page for testing, cosmetic condition, accessories and warranty.
Some can cover broader ranges, but many are espresso-focused. Confirm burr and adjustment suitability.

Joe always responds to any questions and requests promptly and professionally. I'm very happy with his company's service, and they're my favorite espresso machine / bean grinder supplier!
I use a DeLonghi espresso maker and purchased this already ground I believe the dark roast for espresso. I found this espresso to be very bold, rich, and tasted the flavor profile described- chocolate and caramel notes. The bag came within five days of my order, I felt the espresso was very fresh. Loved it! Will order again (it also paired well with sugar and a biscotti, haha). Thanks.
How do I get the shipment tracking code? Where is the request?
Grinder works great. It has really improved my espresso.

After years of toying with the idea of espresso at home I finally jumped off the deep end and bought a Turin MC3. I’d like to thank the folks over at Espresso Outlet for going back and forth with me via email a bunch of beginner questions about how to get the machine dialed in. Don’t have any real comparison to other machines, this being the only one I’ve ever used. Paired the machine with a matching Turin CF46v grinder and, as a person with no experience, have consistently been turning around solid espresso. Once you get the pre-measured shot volume dialed in it’s been outputting a consistent 16/40 ratio on the pulled shots. I do like the separate steam generator as it is rather quick to warm up enough to froth or pull hot water. Machine takes around 10-15 minutes to warm up from cold to operating temps. All in seems well built, feels good, finishes are good. Would buy again.
I spent a LOT of hours researching to find the grinder that I felt would best fit my needs and I am SO happy I decided on this one. I absolutely LOVE my Turin DF54 grinder as it’s nothing but top quality at a ridiculously reasonable price! I must admit, it took me a bit to find that perfect grind setting, but once I did … perfection! The only thing that makes me a tad nervous is when it comes time to clean the burr blade (which of course I haven’t needed to do just yet). But good to know there are videos/visuals to go by to help me through the process. So, yes, THANK you Turin/Espresso outlet for making this grinder available. Extremely pleased! 💛🙌🏼💫🙏🏼✨☕️

Fantastic grinder and fits well with my espresso workflow
Machine started out ok, but just 9 months in to owning the machine it leaks out of the bottom of the machine, not the drain, but the machine itself. Such a waste of money
