The Eureka Atom W65 grind-by-weight espresso grinder brings weight-based dosing into a hopper-fed espresso routine. Set your target dose, place the portafilter in the support and let the integrated weighing system stop the grinder when the dose is reached. This listing is the short-hopper configuration in Black or White.

Weight-Based Dosing with 65 mm Flat Burrs

Eureka's Instant Grind Weighing Technology measures the coffee dose during grinding. Its 65 mm hardened steel flat burrs provide the grinding platform, while stepless micrometric adjustment lets you make small changes when dialing in espresso. Weight-based dosing can reduce the need to revise a timer whenever grind settings change.

A More Comfortable Espresso Station

Silent Technology helps moderate grinding noise. The ACE system addresses clumps and static, and an adjustable hands-free fork supports the portafilter below the chute. Illumination at the dosing area makes it easier to position your equipment.

Dialing In and Ownership

Set the fork to support your portafilter securely and keep the weighing area clear of obstructions. Check the dose on a separate scale during initial setup, then adjust grind size to suit your beans and espresso recipe. Follow the manual's calibration and cleaning procedures. This is a hopper-fed espresso grinder, so changing beans can require purging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the W65 the same as the W65 Casa?

No. This listing is the Atom W65 short-hopper configuration, not the Casa model.

Does grind-by-weight remove the need to dial in?

No. It controls dose weight; grind size, recipe and puck preparation still determine espresso flow.

Great Service! It has been a few months since I purchased my machine, but I absolutely love it. Initially I had some issues with damage from shipping, but Joe took care of it immediately so there were no problems. He also stayed on the phone with me for a long time the day I received my machine so I could get everything working properly. I highly recommend!

Great customer service! Joe worked with me from purchasing a grinder to ultimately returning and changing to a different grinder. It’s a tough decision buying without seeing or using and the fact that a business is willing to work with their customers goes a long way with me. I would definitely recommend Joe and EspressoOutlet.
