Note about water hardness
Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.

★★★★★Beverly BGreat Service! It has been a few months since I purchased my machine, but I absolutely love it. Initially I had some issues with damage from shipping, but Joe took care of it immediately so there were no problems. He also stayed on the phone with me for a long time the day I received my machine so I could get everything working properly. I highly recommend!

Let customers speak for us
from 1150 reviewsI have been using the Milo Play for almost 3 weeks and am delighted with it. Over the last 25 years I have owned 3 grinders, Mazzer Mini, Baratza Vario, and most recently the DF64V. This grinder surpasses them in both form and function. It is well made of metal and plastic and feels like high quality. It took just a few minutes to get used to the electronic grind adjustment. This would be a great grinder all on it's own but when combined with the Wendogee Data S, it is even better. In stand alone mode there are several easily set profiles (presets) which will make moving between different types of coffee a breeze. Profiles control speed, grind size and time. When used with the Data S, the speed and grind size can be part of the profiles and once a profile is selected, a tap of the grind button sets up the grinder for that profile. For me this is what makes the grinder the best I have ever used. If I see during the pour that a grind adjustment needs a tweak, I edit the profile right then. It takes just a few seconds. The next next time I use that profile, the updated grind settings are ready to go. No more writing it down or trying to remember. This grinder has made keeping track of grind settings for different coffees easy. At my age, a grinder with a good memory is a real asset.
Great little grinder.
There was a long wait for the product, I made pre order for mid murch. I've got it at mid February.
A couple weeks in all good.
Great espresso machine
Simple design with efficient workflow. Bellows keeps retention low. Small footprint is an added bonus.
So far, I am really enjoying the M1 lite! It’s an unbeatable price to jump into drum roasting as such a good level. Set up and connection went really easy with their instructions, and I’m enjoying roasting with about 10 batches under my belt. So far no complaints!
I'm still learning how to use this coffee machine to his full potential but it's definitely one of the best high tech coffee machine out there
I have to say I’m having a lot of fun with this new grinder. Well-made and shipment was super fast. Based upon my first experience with espresso outlet, and this grinder, I would definitely buy from them again.
Proven to be a very capable grinder. Must better than the Baratza Encore it replaced. The "plasma generator" feature really works and I'm amazed at the low level of clumping and schmoo accumulating around the chute. Trying to zero in on your best ratio of beans in > espresso out is pretty do-able with this grinder.
It really does make the espresso taste better. I love the workflow improvement of the grind by weight. Dialing in is very easy. Small turns of the adjustment knob keep my shot times right at 25-30 seconds. Grind is so consistent and fluffy I do jot need to WDT anymore. Huge upgrade from my CF64V.
I was going back and forth with several other machines that have all the same functions. The main difference was the price and after many, many hours of research, I pulled the plug on this machine. Most people think cheaper, means less, but this has not been the case. My friend has an ECM Synch II and this thing can go toe to toe with that machine, for half the price. I’ve had it now for about 5 weeks and it’s worked like a charm. I have a smart plug to turn on and off everyday, if I wake up before start time, I press on from the app and by the time I’m up and moving it’s ready to use. The steamer is great, the build quality is great and I love everything about. I picked the black one to match my esthetics and accessories and I’m so glad I did. If you are in the fence, feel confident in pulling the trigger, especially with Espresso Outlet customer support.
The Kaleido M2 is making roasting a really fun and engaging task. So much to learn and validate with taste. It was fairly easy to get started and produce decent roasts. Then the fun began as the quest to improve flavor development required a lot of learning and even some courage. Much more ahead to experience!
Fantastic grinder! Easy to use and clean.
