Sanctuary combines coffee from Haiti and Brazil in a medium roast with roasted-almond, caramel and molasses notes. Haiti Coffee describes a creamy body and malted-chocolate finish, suggesting a fuller-textured counterpoint to its fruitier Haiti-and-Ethiopia blend. The current supplier record identifies the two countries without publishing the equal proportions stated in older store copy.

Try immersion for the creamy texture

Use 25 g coffee and 410 g water in a French press, then decant the brewed coffee once your steep is complete. Taste the first portion black so milk does not supply the creaminess you are evaluating. Notice how the caramel impression leads into the malted finish.

For a cleaner-textured comparison, prepare a paper-filter brew at a similar ratio. Keep any sweetener out until after you compare the two methods. If the filter version seems thin, test a modest dose change on the next attempt instead of assuming the coffee requires immersion.

Is Sanctuary still confirmed as a 50/50 blend?

The current supplier wording no longer gives a ratio or specifies the older Baptiste component. Those details are not treated as fixed promises here. The established selection points are Haiti and Brazil, medium roast, the documented tasting profile and the bag size shown.

Great Roaster Smooth coffee

I bought this roaster to launch my micro roastery. Its amazing, i roast some truly amazing coffee with my kaliedo. I am able to roast all night on it most night i am roasting anywhere from 10-20 batches non stop. The only issue i have had is cooling fans breaking on me i have had to replace 2 cooling fans. But given how much i roast i can not complain, its a work horse and i love it. The best part is the customer service. I will 100 precent be buying my next roaster here because of the customer service. They go above and beyond to help and solve any issues you may have. Lastly i like how easy it is work on and maintain the kalideo. The spare parts are affordable and its easy to replace parts that break. if you need a good entry roaster look no further
