Tèt āndi Laye brings Dondon coffee from Haiti together with Ethiopia’s Adado in equal proportions. Haiti Coffee describes apricot, vanilla and cherry from the Ethiopian component alongside the sweeter, nutty and chocolate-like character of Dondon. This documented two-country blend offers a direct way to compare Haitian coffee within a mixed-origin recipe.

Try 20 g coffee with 335 g water, using a grind suitable for your filter device. Let the brew cool briefly before identifying the fruit references. The useful question is whether sweetness and brightness feel balanced together, rather than whether every named note appears in each sip.

A press preparation can offer another view of the blend’s texture. Hold the ratio near your filter recipe, decant after steeping and compare at a similar temperature. This keeps the brewing-method comparison focused instead of changing strength, contact time and serving style simultaneously.

Why does the menu say light–medium when the description says light?

The supplier prose and store’s existing variant wording use those respective descriptions. Both indicate the lighter direction of this offering; neither establishes two independently selectable roast levels. Choose the listed size without expecting a separate light-versus-medium option.

Great Roaster Smooth coffee

I bought this roaster to launch my micro roastery. Its amazing, i roast some truly amazing coffee with my kaliedo. I am able to roast all night on it most night i am roasting anywhere from 10-20 batches non stop. The only issue i have had is cooling fans breaking on me i have had to replace 2 cooling fans. But given how much i roast i can not complain, its a work horse and i love it. The best part is the customer service. I will 100 precent be buying my next roaster here because of the customer service. They go above and beyond to help and solve any issues you may have. Lastly i like how easy it is work on and maintain the kalideo. The spare parts are affordable and its easy to replace parts that break. if you need a good entry roaster look no further
