About this coffee
The store source assigns 30% of Pride sales to The Trevor Project. A current supplier collection also uses a light-roast title, so roast wording is not perfectly consistent across sources; confirm the bag’s specification if that distinction determines your choice. Listed varieties include Bourbon, Castillo, Cataui, Caturra and Colombia.
Preparation and selection
For a first filter cup, use 20 g to 330 g water and taste citrus against caramel sweetness. Increase extraction gradually if the cup is thin. Keep the recipe recorded so a different roast batch can be adjusted without changing dose, grind and water together.
