Big Sky Blend - this medium-dark roast w/notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and almond brittle, captures the spirit of adventure and the tranquility of nature. The Big Sky Blend is a tribute to the fly fishing culture in Montana, offering a cup that's as expansive and inviting as the state's big skies and forested mountain landscape. Whether you're starting your day or taking a moment to relax after an outdoor adventure, this coffee is a perfect companion.

ROAST LEVEL:

Medium-Dark

ORIGIN:

Primarily composed of a natural-processed Brazilian coffee for a silky body, sweetness, and restrained acidity; it was designed as a traditional espresso. However, for those looking for a simple, smooth cup of coffee with lots of ripe red cherry, this blend serves well as a drip. It also works especially well as a cold brew, where it's cola and tamarind flavors come out into full blossom. It includes a rotating smaller component of a washed Ethiopian coffee for balance.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
