About this coffee
The source describes AMPROCOL growing from ten founding women in 2007 to more than 300 members and calls the coffee organic. Palouse refers to the landscape that inspired the name, not the growing origin. The roaster associates 10% of sales with the National Young Farmers Coalition.
Preparation and selection
Try 18 g coffee with 295 g water in a filter brewer. Look for green-apple brightness balanced by nougat sweetness, rather than forcing the cup toward dark-roast intensity. Whole beans allow fine adjustments; prepared ground options are also available across the listed sizes.
Is this coffee grown in the Palouse?
No. Honduras is the documented origin. The Palouse name reflects the roaster’s inspiration from rolling wheat and canola fields.
