Strawberry jam and orange blossom give Pink Elephant Nomad a fruit-and-floral direction. The supplier identifies natural processing and currently names Ethiopia and Kenya in its component note. That is more specific than the same page’s broader East Africa and South America wording, which does not identify a current South American component.

Prepare a V60 trial with 18 g coffee and 295 g water. Wet the grounds evenly, then keep the rest of your pouring routine repeatable. Compare a comfortably warm sip with a cooler one, paying attention to the relationship between berry sweetness and floral aroma.

If the cup feels sharply acidic rather than bright and balanced, test a modestly finer grind at the same ratio. Avoid adding berry syrup during the first comparison. That would introduce a second fruit source and make the natural-process coffee’s own profile harder to assess.

Does the supplier provide a fixed three-country recipe?

Great Roaster Smooth coffee

I bought this roaster to launch my micro roastery. Its amazing, i roast some truly amazing coffee with my kaliedo. I am able to roast all night on it most night i am roasting anywhere from 10-20 batches non stop. The only issue i have had is cooling fans breaking on me i have had to replace 2 cooling fans. But given how much i roast i can not complain, its a work horse and i love it. The best part is the customer service. I will 100 precent be buying my next roaster here because of the customer service. They go above and beyond to help and solve any issues you may have. Lastly i like how easy it is work on and maintain the kalideo. The spare parts are affordable and its easy to replace parts that break. if you need a good entry roaster look no further
