A full-bodied low acid velvety cup of coffee that began as a cold brew option for a local club. This coffee blend is bold enough to shine through various brewing methods. Some love it hot and others still prefer it as a cold brew. The unsung hero beneath it all is a complex Sumatran Mandheling.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
