Colombian Inspiration Decaf Coffee
Colombian Inspiration began Savorista’s coffee range. In the company’s story, a blind tasting led its team to select a San Agustín coffee before learning it was decaffeinated. Chocolate, caramel and juicy citrus describe the cup, with a medium body that gives the fruit notes a balanced foundation.

Brewing guidance
For drip or pour-over, start with 20 g of coffee and 320 g of water, a 1:16 brew ratio by mass. Use a medium grind and water around 92–95°C. Wet the grounds evenly, then keep pouring consistent. Adjust the grind gradually rather than changing dose, temperature and water amount together.
Frequently asked questions
Is its decaffeination method identified?
No. The current product information identifies the coffee as decaf but does not name the caffeine-removal method.
What flavor profile should I expect?
Chocolate, caramel and juicy citrus; medium body. These are sensory descriptions; your brewing method and serving temperature affect their expression.
Which size and format should I choose?
10 oz, 2 lb or 5 lb; whole bean or coarse, medium and fine grind. Select the grind that matches your brewer. Whole bean offers flexibility; a preground selection is ready for its intended method.
How can I adjust the cup’s strength?
Change the brew ratio if the flavor is balanced but the drink is too weak or too strong. Use slightly more coffee for greater concentration. Change grind size when the issue is extraction, such as sourness or a dry finish.
Is reduced-caffeine coffee caffeine-free?
Decaf and half-caff do not mean caffeine-free. No exact amount per serving is supplied; the quantity of coffee and preparation affect the amount in the finished drink.
How should I keep it fresh?
Keep the coffee sealed away from heat, light and moisture. Grind whole beans shortly before brewing. Choose a bag size that fits your consumption so repeated opening does not expose a large supply to air.

For the whole-bean option, a Turin DF54 grinder lets you adjust particle size between brews. Record the setting with your dose and water amount so the next cup is easier to repeat.
