 The Small Square Knock Box is an essential tool for any home barista looking to efficiently dispose of espresso pucks. Crafted from durable ABS plastic, this box features a rubber knock bar with a stainless steel core. The rubber bar, designed to be food safe, absorbs the energy from the portafilter to minimize noise. The box also includes a silicone gasket that helps prevent sliding on the counter and further reduces noise. The Cafelat knock box can hold up to 10 double pucks before needing to be emptied. Simply lift out the rubber bar and dispose of coffee grounds in the trash, or clean the plastic tub with detergent or in the dishwasher.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
