The Kalita Wave Stainless Steel Gooseneck Kettle - 1L is specifically designed for expert control during pour-over brewing. The gooseneck-style spout, also known as "dragon-neck", minimizes the siphoning effect and prevents sudden bursts of water velocity. The Kalita Wave Pot features a delicately pinched lip for precise pouring and a balanced extraction. The wooden handle provides heat protection and is detachable for dishwasher use.     Note about water hardness

    Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
