Three-Group Capacity for High-Visibility Coffee Programs

The Victoria Arduino Adonis Core 3 Group combines a dramatic stainless-and-chrome design with the capacity required by a busy café, hotel, restaurant or event venue. Three groups give multiple baristas room to work in parallel, while programmable volumetric doses reduce the attention required to stop routine shots.

The illuminated work area, exposed groups and low visual line are designed to keep the bar open to customers. Behind the presentation, PID boiler control, shot-timing feedback, two steam wands and automatic cleaning functions support repeatable daily operation. HEES—Victoria Arduino's High Efficiency Extraction System—is intended to improve consistency and crema, while optional EasyCream can automate milk temperature and texture.

Why Choose the Three-Group Adonis?

  • Three active groups: provides space and redundancy for sustained peak periods.
  • Volumetric recipes: program commonly used shot volumes for faster service.
  • PID temperature management: electronic control of the main boiler system.
  • Dual steam wands: two baristas can texture milk simultaneously.
  • HEES extraction system: developed to support consistent espresso and persistent crema.
  • Optional EasyCream: useful for chains, hotels and mixed-experience teams.
  • Work-area lighting: improves visibility around cups and group heads.

Capacity Comes With Infrastructure

A three-group machine is not automatically the best choice for every bar. It requires more counter width, electrical capacity, water flow, drainage and working room than a two-group model. Choose it when peak order concurrency, multiple baristas or operational redundancy justify the footprint. A well-specified two-group machine can be more efficient for moderate volume.

Electrical, Water and Counter Planning

The exact amperage, phase, connector and element configuration can differ by market and option package. Obtain the serial-specific cut sheet before electrical or millwork is finalized. Confirm that the counter and access path can support the machine's weight and that technicians can reach service panels.

Test hardness, alkalinity, pH and other parameters required by the manufacturer. Size treatment for both peak flow and total daily gallons; an undersized cartridge can exhaust quickly on a three-group bar. Start with our water-hardness guide.

Operating and Maintenance Routine

Train staff to backflush all three groups, clean dispersion components, purge and wipe both steam wands, empty and wash the drain tray, and keep the work area free of coffee oils. Schedule preventive maintenance based on drink volume rather than waiting for a failure during service.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose between the two- and three-group Adonis?

Use peak simultaneous demand, number of baristas, menu mix and available utilities—not total daily cups alone. Three groups help most when concurrency is the real bottleneck.

Is EasyCream included?

It is an option. Confirm the quoted build, wand configuration and price.

Does each group have its own boiler?

No. The Adonis Core is not an independent-brew-boiler T3 platform. It uses a traditional high-capacity system with PID management.

Can it be installed on a standard outlet?

No. A dedicated commercial electrical installation is required. The licensed electrician must follow the final cut sheet.

What grinder capacity is appropriate?

A three-group bar commonly benefits from separate primary and decaf grinders sized for peak output. Compare options in our commercial grinder collection.
