Additionally, this machine accommodates standard size cups, but also offers an upgraded group head system for increased cup clearance.
Functions and Brewing Technology
The Victoria Arduino Adonis Core Commercial Espresso Machine - 2 Groups is equipped with advanced brewing technology, such as the Soft Infusion System that carefully controls pressure during extraction for a smooth and creamy espresso. It also features High Efficiency Extraction Technology for improved flavor and consistency, along with an Easycream System that delivers precise frothing for milk-based drinks. Additionally, the steam wand is designed with a steam-air system for perfectly frothed lattes and cappuccinos. Other notable functions include volumetric dosing, allowing for up to 4 programmed doses per head, and a shot timer for individual brewing head timing.
The Adonis offers convenient features such as programmable automatic on/off and individual grouphead cleaning capabilities for efficient maintenance. It can also brew between 150 and 300 drinks per day, ensuring high productivity without compromising quality.
