Paul has rebuilt numerous machines over the years, and they have all shared one common issue: a dirty group head and gasket area. Maintaining a clean group head is crucial for producing coffee that captures the true flavor intended by the roaster. Traditional cleaning brushes are unable to reach the difficult areas, leading Paul and Karina to create the Cafelat Group Cleaning Brush. This patented brush is specifically designed to thoroughly clean the group head of your espresso machine, including the hard-to-reach spots around the gasket. It fits most standard commercial machines (58 mm) and easily "locks" into the group like a portafilter. Each box includes an additional pair of natural fiber bristles, and detailed instructions for use and changing the brushes.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
