The Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Maverick family gives specialty cafés three distinct ways to configure their espresso station: Core Volumetric, Volumetric and Gravimetric. Each is offered with two or three groups and a Black or White finish, making it possible to match the machine to both the bar's workflow and its visual design.
Select the version deliberately. Core is the entry point to the Maverick range. The standard Maverick Volumetric and Gravimetric versions provide the advanced brewing platform described in the Maverick literature, while Gravimetric adds integrated beverage-weight feedback and automatic stopping at the selected yield.
| Version | How to choose | 2 Group price | 3 Group price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core Volumetric | Lower-cost Maverick configuration with volumetric dosing; confirm Core-specific equipment | $24,210 | $26,910 |
| Volumetric | Programmable volumetric delivery with the standard Maverick brewing platform | $26,640 | $29,610 |
| Gravimetric | Integrated cup-weight measurement and target-weight shot stopping | $29,610 | $32,580 |
The standard Maverick platform uses T3 Genius temperature control to give the barista a precise foundation for extraction. PureBrew adds another approach to brewing through controlled phases of water delivery and low-pressure preparation. These capabilities are useful for cafés exploring different coffees and beverage styles rather than serving a single fixed recipe all day.
Gravimetric models display beverage weight at the group and can end extraction at a chosen target. Volumetric models meter delivery by volume instead. A consistent grinder, dose and puck-preparation routine remain essential with either system.
Core configuration note: The manufacturer groups several versions on one page. Do not assume that PureBrew, integrated scales or every control shown on a standard Maverick photograph is included with Core. Confirm the selected Core specification before ordering. Gallery images represent the Maverick family and can show a different dosing version or optional equipment.
Choose Gravimetric for integrated cup-weight control. Core Volumetric and Volumetric are not sold here as gravimetric machines.
Yes. Black and White share the listed price within each group-count and dosing configuration.

After years of toying with the idea of espresso at home I finally jumped off the deep end and bought a Turin MC3. I’d like to thank the folks over at Espresso Outlet for going back and forth with me via email a bunch of beginner questions about how to get the machine dialed in. Don’t have any real comparison to other machines, this being the only one I’ve ever used. Paired the machine with a matching Turin CF46v grinder and, as a person with no experience, have consistently been turning around solid espresso. Once you get the pre-measured shot volume dialed in it’s been outputting a consistent 16/40 ratio on the pulled shots. I do like the separate steam generator as it is rather quick to warm up enough to froth or pull hot water. Machine takes around 10-15 minutes to warm up from cold to operating temps. All in seems well built, feels good, finishes are good. Would buy again.
I spent a LOT of hours researching to find the grinder that I felt would best fit my needs and I am SO happy I decided on this one. I absolutely LOVE my Turin DF54 grinder as it’s nothing but top quality at a ridiculously reasonable price! I must admit, it took me a bit to find that perfect grind setting, but once I did … perfection! The only thing that makes me a tad nervous is when it comes time to clean the burr blade (which of course I haven’t needed to do just yet). But good to know there are videos/visuals to go by to help me through the process. So, yes, THANK you Turin/Espresso outlet for making this grinder available. Extremely pleased! 💛🙌🏼💫🙏🏼✨☕️
Ease of use! Great grind every time. Fairly quiet. Feels like a solid piece of equipment at 10#. Making great Espresso shots!! Switches between grind settings with ease for different styles. Bellows ensures minimal retention. Open box deal was amazing. Looks like new!
You can really taste the cinnamon. A true 10 out of 10!
The Moshi has been an absolute great grinder so far coming up on a month of use. Build quality is as good as you could ask for in this price range with an all metal body, built like a tank. Super quiet, fluffy grounds, and very little retention. Only a couple of flaws/annoyances I’ve ran into. First off, it popcorns like crazy when doing a hot start, shoots coffee everywhere. Second, the metal lid pops off of the bellows every time you use it. I have used higher quality bellows that were dirt cheap off of amazon. The clip that you pull on to remove the burrs is super flimsy and pops out. All in all, the Moshi c83 punches way above its price tag and continues to surprise me you can get a grinder this capable for $600. Couldn’t recommend this grinder more! Please make a better lid, though!
