"First, the social community around the 'Data' is amazing. When I first bought the machine, I had a few questions. The email response and direct one-on-one phone call customer service were A+. High-quality and high-performance coffee grinder

Grinds are consistent and make delicious espresso when paired with my Cafelat Robot espresso maker. I was worried about the noise from some of the online video reviews. But I find it is actually pretty quiet. I did place it on the two stacked mouse pads that my previous grinder was on, so maybe this is helping.
The other issue these grinders were accused of is being messy-- with fines going all over the place. I don't find that to be true at all. They have really solved that problem with the Gen 2 upgrades. It is also nice to know I can upgrade the burrs in several years if I decide to.
I am super happy with the quality of this grinder and the coffee I can make with it.
