Use 21 g coffee with 340 g water for a filter trial. Allow the cup to cool and pay attention to its weight on the palate as well as the earthy finish. A heavy body can feel substantial without requiring an unusually concentrated dose, so assess both qualities separately.
If you prefer immersion, compare it with the filtered cup at a similar ratio and decant consistently. Milk can then be tested in a separate sample. Record the method and dilution you prefer before deciding whether a larger bag suits your regular consumption.
