This Small Batch is from Costa Rica!  Most Latin American coffees are known for being easy drinking and chocolatey and nutty in flavor.  This one, however, is special in a sense that it boasts other fruity and delicious flavors that you won't commonly find in Latin American coffees.

Flavor notes: Raspberry jam, milk chocolate bar, hazelnut, red wine.

Suggested brew ratio: 1 part coffee, 17 parts water.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
