Santa Matilde is the name of the farm owned by 5th generation farmer family Aziz-Herrera located located in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range.

Santa Matilde has won much recognition for the quality of their coffees, including top placement in the El Salvador Cup of Excellence in 2018 and 2019. Their passion for excellence and sustainability over the last 100 years had led to great coffees and has expanded into their local community through the creation and funding of social initiatives for youth and adults.
