Prepare 22 g coffee and 350 g water for a filter serving. Smell the cup, then taste a few sips without any additions. Compare the cinnamon note with the softer finish rather than expecting the coffee to have the texture or sweetness of a physical cinnamon roll.
Try plain milk in a second sample if a creamy drink is your goal. Record its quantity once you find a pleasing balance. A sweetened cinnamon creamer can be enjoyable later, but it makes it harder to tell what comes from Operation Cinnabun itself during an initial tasting.
How does this differ from simply adding cinnamon to coffee?
