Major VP questions
Does the Major VP grind by weight?
No. It uses timed dosing. A separate scale is needed to establish and verify the dose weight.
What should I check before installation?
Manufacturer dimensions include the tray and standard hopper; approximately 9.9 × 18.7 × 26.8 inches. Leave working clearance for refilling and maintenance. Confirm the electrical rating of your unit and leave access for routine cleaning.
How should I plan routine care?
Follow the model’s manual for cleaning and safe access. Keep the hopper and accessible grounds path clean, and disconnect power before opening the grinding chamber. Recheck dose output and your espresso recipe after maintenance.
