Note about water hardness
Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
The LUCCA M58 is a stainless steel dual boiler, rotary pump, E61 espresso machine with a built-in PID and shot timer that can be direct plumbed or run on its built-in reservoir. Built customizable with handmade wood panels.
The espresso lover who holds aesthetic and delicious espresso to be of equal importance. With a PID and commercial standard 58mm group head, you can pull shots just how the roaster intended or just as easily go off the reservation and experiment with new recipes. You want every shot to be a ritualistic experience. Grinding, tamping, lifting the M58's polished stainless steel brew lever, watching the espresso drip from its included bottomless portafilter. Plus, you need enough steam power for when your milk-with-a-spot-of-coffee friends are over.
We wanted to build the espresso machine of our dreams. Simple, beautiful, and capable of pulling fantastic shots with ease. We're quite confident that we accomplished that goal with the LUCCA M58 as this is one of our best-selling machines, and our go-to when we want to nerd out with a new single origin. Every touchpoint and detail is designed and built for both quality and to bring a sense of joy to every shot. We include a bottomless portafilter because we know most home baristas love them. Its navy PID matches its pressure gauges. This extends to the inside of the machine, where we've outfitted the M58 with modern stainless steel boilers and 1400W heating elements. This makes for unrivaled durability, and also means that in 1 minute 30 seconds the machine can pull a shot, steam 12oz of milk, and be back at its target temp for the next drink. That's faster than most baristas operate, so you can serve a party of any size. Or, just pull that morning espresso without waking the family thanks to its rotary pump.

★★★★★Beverly BGreat Service! It has been a few months since I purchased my machine, but I absolutely love it. Initially I had some issues with damage from shipping, but Joe took care of it immediately so there were no problems. He also stayed on the phone with me for a long time the day I received my machine so I could get everything working properly. I highly recommend!

★★★★★Alan DGreat customer service! Joe worked with me from purchasing a grinder to ultimately returning and changing to a different grinder. It’s a tough decision buying without seeing or using and the fact that a business is willing to work with their customers goes a long way with me. I would definitely recommend Joe and EspressoOutlet.
Purchased a new unit with the DLC Burrs. I’ve changed out the cup holder with a shaker holder off Etsy and it’s working out great. Nice and quiet, sleek looking machine. Shipping was fast, have not had any issues thus far. Would recommend for anyone in the price range. The upgrades and changes have really tightened this machine up to have a huge bang for the buck. Not sure you can find anything that will match it at the price.
The roaster comes in very sturdy packaging and the installation of the heating element was easy. The purchase was very straightforward and it arrived on time. So overall, great experience. I hope to be able to buy a larger roaster in the future.
I am impressed with this machine. I’ve had several prosumer machines and this thing is by far the best I’ve had! The possibilities are endless. The build quality is great and the support from Espresso Outlet is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a high end home espresso machine!
I'm absolutely loving my cf64v. It's much more quiet than my last grinder, easier to dial in and stay consistent, and has practically zero grind retention. I don't have any complaints at all with this grinder. Espresso outlet ships fast and has the best customer service.
I purchased a new espresso machine from Espresso Outlet. When it arrived, the shipping box was damaged and machine had some issues including steam boiler not filling or heating. After speaking with Joe Kolb, without question, he began to ship a new replacement machine. Everything was taken care of within hours of receiving my first machine. Customer service is unparalleled! I can't recommend enough!
I'm very satisfied with the service from Espresso Outlet.
I am a few weeks into using the DF64 Gen 2.3 and I am really happy with it. I am around 2 years into my espresso hobby journey, so I am knowledgable but not an obsessive hobbyist. The negative on this grinder so far is two items. First the noise - it is loud. Second, my espresso machine requires a 3 ear portafilter and from what I can tell the rest on the grinder doesnt accept the front ear which means I have to use the included dosing cup. There is a rubber piece where the front ear might go, but when i tried to remove it I found it was glued down. The positives are the build quality, the quality of the grind, the grinder itself is very functional. Even though its loud, when I grind 18g of coffee between grind size 10-15 it takes around 8 seconds, which is significantly faster than my previous conical burr grinders. I am overall stoked with the purchase - at this price its great quality if you are looking to upgrade from your first grinder or looking for a starter espresso grinder. (Note - I have only used this for espresso so far - no pour overs etc.)
Seems to working great so far.
Unit arrived quickly and in good condition I was able to watch the videos and set it up and get roasting right away definitely buy some seasoning beans so that you can master the rate of rise and understand what temperatures things happen with this unit. Mine was about 15 degrees lower than my SR540
