The Kalita Wave Stainless Steel Gooseneck Kettle - 1L is specifically designed for expert control during pour-over brewing. The gooseneck-style spout, also known as "dragon-neck", minimizes the siphoning effect and prevents sudden bursts of water velocity. The Kalita Wave Pot features a delicately pinched lip for precise pouring and a balanced extraction. The wooden handle provides heat protection and is detachable for dishwasher use.
