Origin: Kenya

Hinya ("HEEN-yah") -- means "Strength" in Kikuyu, a local dialect from the foots of Mt. Kenya. This is a fruitful and balanced dark roast that can be taken on it's own or with cream.

Ground coffee ensures consistency in grind size, which can be beneficial for those who are new to brewing coffee or prefer a consistent flavor profile with each brew.

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
