Coatitlan are a group of producers located close to, and named after, the Coatitlan lake and volcano. The group are made up of around 50 small farmers that work together to create a community microlot.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
