Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee

Great featured machine, which allows the coffee nerd within me experiment to find the perfect shot. I was suprised to find that it also can approximate a poured over brew with the proper curve profile. The app for the machine is also well done.
