Espresso No.9 is Fuzion’s dark-roasted coffee for a full-bodied, spicy cup. The useful distinction is its roast-led intensity and smooth texture, with regular and decaf selections available across several bag sizes and preparations.

Preparation and selection

For whole-bean espresso, begin around 18 g in and 36 g out, using a basket suited to that dose. Judge spice and sweetness before lengthening the shot. If the finish becomes acrid, try a coarser grind or slightly cooler water. Drip grind can also make a concentrated filter cup; espresso is not the only use.

Is the coarse option suitable for an espresso basket?

Usually not. Coarse coffee is intended for immersion-style preparation; espresso requires a much finer grind and careful control of resistance through the puck.

You really can't complain at this price! Yes, it's made of plastic, but it gets the job done for grinding beans. Zeroing the grinder is a bit tricky and it's not the easiest to adjust. However, I've been using it for a month now and I'm quite satisfied overall.

Great Roaster Smooth coffee

I bought this roaster to launch my micro roastery. Its amazing, i roast some truly amazing coffee with my kaliedo. I am able to roast all night on it most night i am roasting anywhere from 10-20 batches non stop. The only issue i have had is cooling fans breaking on me i have had to replace 2 cooling fans. But given how much i roast i can not complain, its a work horse and i love it. The best part is the customer service. I will 100 precent be buying my next roaster here because of the customer service. They go above and beyond to help and solve any issues you may have. Lastly i like how easy it is work on and maintain the kalideo. The spare parts are affordable and its easy to replace parts that break. if you need a good entry roaster look no further
