Start near 18 g dose and 36 g beverage yield in an appropriate basket. Taste whether citrus has sweetness beside it. If a shot runs fast and tastes hollow, grind finer; if the puck stalls and the finish dries out, go coarser. Milk should be added after evaluating the base shot.
