Understand the selection

The 2024 designation is part of the lot’s name, not a statement that the coffee was roasted in 2024 or that it is the current harvest. The combination of cultivar, origin, processing and roast gives this selection its identity. Floral and fruit descriptors describe the brewed cup; they are not a list of added flavorings.

Brewing guidance

Try a paper-filter brewer such as V60, Chemex or Kalita Wave. Keep the pour controlled and avoid changing several variables at once. A small brew is useful with the 100 g size: 12 g coffee and 192 g water preserves the same 1:16 starting ratio.

For filter coffee, a useful starting recipe is 20 g coffee to 320 g water (1:16). Use a grind suited to the brewer. If the cup is thin and sharp, try a little finer; if it is drying and slow to drain, try a little coarser. Treat this as a starting point, not a product-specific tested recipe.

For whole-bean preparation, explore Turin coffee grinders and choose a model that supports your brew method.

Compare it with Clydesdale Estate Jamaica Blue Mountain for a chocolate-and-herbal profile. Browse more specialty coffee from independent roasters.

Great Service! It has been a few months since I purchased my machine, but I absolutely love it. Initially I had some issues with damage from shipping, but Joe took care of it immediately so there were no problems. He also stayed on the phone with me for a long time the day I received my machine so I could get everything working properly. I highly recommend!

I emailed a couple of questions to the owners, and my questions were answered within a few hours. They seem like nice people, with good service and high quality espresso machines.

Great customer service! Joe worked with me from purchasing a grinder to ultimately returning and changing to a different grinder. It’s a tough decision buying without seeing or using and the fact that a business is willing to work with their customers goes a long way with me. I would definitely recommend Joe and EspressoOutlet.
