We combined the great flavor of one of our Guatemalan coffees with an American favorite: Toasted Southern Pecan. With the natural sweetness of the Guatemala bean and the flavor of pecan this has been a great pairing. This coffee is roasted to a full medium roast and goes good with any desert or just a cup of goodness by itself.

I thought I was just buying a simple grinder but it does so much more. The ability to adjust the grind size is amazing and then the removable bottom with the inner stopper makes putting the grounds into my portfilter so easy! I thought I was going to have to scoop them out and that would have been so much messier.

I am so impressed with this grinder, especially for the price. It was incredibly easy to dial in my espresso, and the stepless adjustment makes it easy to be precise. There is little to no retention so far. It’s not too noisy either, which is great for when I’m making a drink while the rest of the house is still asleep.
