Bright and orange-like taste with hints of grapefruit, medium-low acidity, nice size beans- makes this coffee one of the most interesting coffees I've had! Besides the great taste it also gives the mouth a thick syrupy feel when drinking or cupping.

As a beginner, I was wanting a grinder that will stop my itch from constant upgrades until I purchase my end game set up. What I need right now is something to practice with and this was perfect. Dialing my espresso with DF54 has been a delight. I feel like I’m getting the most out of my bean's flavors. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, straightforward. There was some frustration with queueing up for the preorder but it was worth it. I’m glad i’m not telling myself, “I wish I got that other grinder.”. I will be using this for a long time until I get my La Marzocco. For the meantime, I’m happy to pair it with my Breville Bambino Plus.
