We tried to match the classic Hawaiian Kona coffee in this blend by mixing high-grown coffees from Central and South America. The blend of medium-bodied and flavorful coffees produces an incredibly smooth flavor. This is one of our most popular blends because it is a lighter roast with an intense flavor. The name denotes a blend using several coffees that display the traditional Big Island flavor.

Blend notes:

Matching the profile of the coffee beans grown in Kona, we blend a delicious Costa Rican with other medium-bodied South American coffee beans. This gives a mild and smooth taste.

I thought I was just buying a simple grinder but it does so much more. The ability to adjust the grind size is amazing and then the removable bottom with the inner stopper makes putting the grounds into my portfilter so easy! I thought I was going to have to scoop them out and that would have been so much messier.

I am so impressed with this grinder, especially for the price. It was incredibly easy to dial in my espresso, and the stepless adjustment makes it easy to be precise. There is little to no retention so far. It’s not too noisy either, which is great for when I’m making a drink while the rest of the house is still asleep.
