Farmers in this region place the utmost importance of preservation of natural resources, water management, and friendly environmental practices. This excellent coffee was decaffeinated using sugar cane, a process that leaves a pleasantly sugary flavor.

Decaf often gets a bad reputation for lacking flavor, but this Colombian decaf defies expectations. Pleasantly sweet through a sugar cane decaffeination process, it offers a well-balanced, nutty flavor.

I thought I was just buying a simple grinder but it does so much more. The ability to adjust the grind size is amazing and then the removable bottom with the inner stopper makes putting the grounds into my portfilter so easy! I thought I was going to have to scoop them out and that would have been so much messier.

I am so impressed with this grinder, especially for the price. It was incredibly easy to dial in my espresso, and the stepless adjustment makes it easy to be precise. There is little to no retention so far. It’s not too noisy either, which is great for when I’m making a drink while the rest of the house is still asleep.
