Class Golf is Airspace Coffee Co.’s medium-roast blend in individual coffee steeping bags. Coffees from Colombia, Nicaragua and Brazil contribute to a supplied profile of caramel, graham and chocolate, providing a gentler roast alternative to Dawn Patrol.

A portable blend for everyday brewing
The bag format lets you prepare a cup directly in a mug with hot water. The graham and chocolate references describe the roaster’s tasting profile, not a list of added ingredients. Choose the smaller pack to try the style, or a larger count for a regular travel or workplace supply.

A measured starting recipe
For a filter-brew starting point, measure 20 g coffee and 320 g water, a 1:16 brew ratio by mass. Use a grind appropriate for your filter and keep the bed evenly saturated. If the cup is balanced but weak, increase the coffee dose slightly; if it is sour or dry, adjust extraction through grind size before changing several variables at once.
More preparation and product questions
Where does this coffee come from?
Colombia, Nicaragua and Brazil.
What roast profile is listed?
Medium.
What cup or flavor profile is described?
Caramel, graham and chocolate.
Which formats are listed?
Single-serving coffee steeping bags. Check the current selection menu for the available combinations.
How do I adjust strength without losing balance?
Change the coffee-to-water ratio when the flavor is balanced but the cup is too weak or concentrated. Use grind adjustments when the problem is extraction, keeping dose and water quantity constant for comparison.
Should I judge the coffee only while piping hot?
Taste again as the cup cools toward a comfortable drinking temperature. Sweetness, acidity, body and finish may become easier to distinguish before you decide how to adjust the next brew.
