Choose the roast within the decaf listing
Medium and dark are separate purchase options, so confirm the roast along with the bag size and format. The medium option is a useful starting point for exploring the stated fruit and caramel notes; dark gives you another roast style to compare. Decaffeinated coffee still contains some caffeine, and this listing supplies no fixed amount per serving.
Brewing guidance
Use a consistent dose and water weight when comparing the two roast options. If pulling espresso from whole beans, dial the coffee in independently from your regular blend. Watch the flow and taste the output instead of relying on one universal decaf setting.
For whole-bean preparation, explore Turin coffee grinders and choose a model that supports your brew method.

A measured starting recipe
For a filter-brew starting point, measure 20 g coffee and 320 g water, a 1:16 brew ratio by mass. Use a grind appropriate for your filter and keep the bed evenly saturated. If the cup is balanced but weak, increase the coffee dose slightly; if it is sour or dry, adjust extraction through grind size before changing several variables at once.
More preparation and product questions
Where does this coffee come from?
Brazil.
What roast profile is listed?
Medium or dark.
What cup or flavor profile is described?
Stonefruit and caramel.
Which formats are listed?
Whole bean or ground. Check the current selection menu for the available combinations.
How do I adjust strength without losing balance?
Change the coffee-to-water ratio when the flavor is balanced but the cup is too weak or concentrated. Use grind adjustments when the problem is extraction, keeping dose and water quantity constant for comparison.
Should I judge the coffee only while piping hot?
Taste again as the cup cools toward a comfortable drinking temperature. Sweetness, acidity, body and finish may become easier to distinguish before you decide how to adjust the next brew.
