We carefully roast to bring out deeper chocolate and nutty flavors while maintaining a hint of sweetness from the beans’ natural complexity. Like its lighter-roast counterpart Mexicana, Black Tie is Certified Organic and supports the smallholder farmers of Chiapas, Mexico. These farmers have embraced sustainable agricultural practices to conserve and revitalize their land while overcoming challenges such as coffee leaf rust and economic pressures.
